Next year, there will be changes to MST requirements. As of May 24, the proposed plan includes two MST grades for each semester for underclassmen and three MST grades for each semester for upperclassmen, according to MST coordinator Mrs. Sherry Hansford.

The proposed plan includes MST binder and planner grades for freshmen semesters. 

Assist hours, originally an MST requirement for juniors, will now be required for sophomores. In the fall of 2013, science fair participation will take the place of the Accupacer tutorials for sophomores.  MST Day in the spring would remain for freshmen and sophomores.

Sophomores and juniors will attend a tutorial regarding their MST portfolios.

Seniors will have their portfolio interviews in October instead of in the spring, according to the proposed plan.
