Steps

1.  You will start by figuring out where you want to start the ruffles.

       2.      Then tape a straight line horizontally all the way around the shirt.

       3.        Cut straight thin lines vertically up the shirt. Stop at the tape that will be your guide; do this all the way around the shirt.

         4.         Remove the tape, and you will notice a nice straight cut around the shirt.

       5.        Pull the strands one by one to make them longer.

     6.        Remove the bottom stitching of each strand.

   7.        Your shirt is now done and ready to wear.
